Opportunity to Support Inter Country Adoption Research

By Keith Wallace

A research project for inter country adoption has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at Kansas State University. The researchers are looking for parents of children between the ages of 1 and 6 who have been adopted from China, Russia, South Korea, or Romania. To participate in this research project, please contact Teresa Bartel at tbartel@ksu.edu or (717) 530-5714.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that contribute to the optimal adjustment of children adopted internationally. It is hoped the results of this study will be of great assistance to both international adoption agencies and parents adopting internationally.
