Dr. Fermín Gustavo Sipaque Zelada addressed the foster mothers regarding the importance of following doctors' orders as well as providing some tips regarding when it is important to call the doctor. Dr. Fermín meets with the foster mothers in their home each month to examine the children and observe their home environment.
