Inessa Shiryaeva is our newest team member. Inessa is working as one of our Russia Coordinators. She is from the city of Voronezh, Russia, located about 300 miles south-east of Moscow. Inessa graduated from the Voronezh State University in 1992 with a degree in languages/translation and teaching/education and received her second degree in Economics in 2002.

Inessa's work experience includes extensive translation/interpretation experience, public relations and program management. She joined our team after working with two other U.S. non-profit organizations in Russia: for two years as a translator and public relations manager with the representation of the National Cooperative Business Association implementing the "Food for Progress" Program of the U. S. Department of Agriculture in Russia, and for six years as a program manager for the external audit support (U.S. State Department auditors and audit firms) with the International Science and Technology Center in Moscow.

She moved to Evansville, Indiana, and is now working with the other Russia team members to provide service and support to the families during the process of adoption.
