Many of our adoptive parents send us articles of new coverage from their local newspapers. We really appreciate the time these parents spend to cut out the article and send them to us. More importantly, we appreciate their willingness to share and help us with our mission of serving adoptive parents and children. On January 1, 2004, the Indianapolis Star included an article about Jeremy and Sandra Burnette and their adoption journey to adopt twins Evan and Aidan Burnette. The news article included a reference to our international adoption seminar on January 10th in Indianapolis. Many of those who attended our seminar indicated they heard about the event from the newspaper article. Thank you.

Jenny Kuhn from Cincinnati and her daughter Sydney were recently featured in Cincinnati Children´s Hospital Medical Center Bloodline newsletter. It was a great story about Jenny and her journey to adopt Sydney. Jenny was kind enough to mention FTIA, which we really appreciate.

We also thank Angie Field for sharing a copy of her Tennessee China Kids Connection, Fall 2003 publication of her Families with Children from China Chapter. Angie and her daughter Lindsey were featured with a wonderful article. All the stories we read are special, but of particular note in Angie´s story is the fact that she left for China to adopt Lindsey on Mother´s Day.
