Unfortunately, we are still in a waiting time as we await ongoing negotiations between the U.S. government and the Vietnamese government. It was hoped the meeting of March 15th, 2004, was going to be a breakthrough, but it was not.

The next scheduled meetings are for next month, October. As of now, it is unclear what the expectations are for each party in the October meeting.

We are closely following the negotiations and look forward to working in Vietnam again. If you want to help, please write your Elected Officials in Washington and ask them to make the agreement a priority. It is approaching 2 years with no agreement. Unacceptable!
