All FTIA adopting / adoptive parents and their families and friends, anyone considering international adoption with FTIA, and our adoption professional partners.
Along with great food, music, children's games and activities, vendors, and wonderful fellowship, you'll enjoy the many amenities of Forest Park – the "Little Beauty" Carousel, the Transportation Museum, playgrounds, climbing wall, miniature golf, and much, much more all with free admission for FTIA families. There is also a public golf course at Forest Park. We have once again reserved the central and north sections of the park to keep our group more connected. An air conditioned building, The Lodge, has replaced Shelter 4 and this will be our conveniently located cool down and quiet area. There will be lots of activities to appeal to every age group - including our 'tweens and teens.

FTIA CELEBRATION OF CHILDREN MURAL |

This year we are celebrating our 15 year anniversary as an adoption agency. To commemorate this event, we'll create a "Hands Up For Adoption" mural, asking each child to record his or her name, year of adoption, and handprint. We'll display the mural at our headquarters in Evansville, IN. We'll also post an image of the mural on our website for everyone to see. |
Forest Park is large so be sure to bring strollers for younger children. There are many shade trees and extensive grassy areas in the park. The shelters have picnic tables for seating but we recommend that families driving to the reunion bring folding chairs or a picnic blanket since we usually have more people than available tables!

Preparation for FTIA's 2011 calendar is underway! Photos are being accepted now through the day of the reunion. Click here for more information about photo submission.
The last day we will accept photo submissions for the 2011 calendar either by email or directly will be on the day of the reunion. Our preference is to receive photos electronically but, if you are planning on submitting an actual photograph, you can turn in your photo(s) at the reunion registration area. Please place photos in an envelope to protect them and do not clip or staple them to avoid damage. Please bring one (1) picture per child and a completed photo submission form for each photo. If you have two or more children, you can choose to submit a group picture OR individual photos. If you bring individual photos, each picture needs a photo submission form and each picture will be considered separately for inclusion. Keep in mind with group photos that we will only consider pictures of children. Also, if you are submitting a group photo which includes children from more than one family, we must have a photo submission form for each child in the photo. Please include the required forms with your photo! Unfortunately, we will not be able to include group photos which do not have the required permission forms for each child.
Please note: These photos will NOT be returned!! By submitting the pictures, you are giving us permission to use them for additional promotional materials – of course without any identifying information.

We have several blocks of hotel rooms held in the Noblesville area. Room blocks will be released at different dates based on the hotel so make your reservations right away! Please make your own reservations from the FTIA blocks by contacting the hotels directly. Ask for the FTIA Reunion group or the Families Thru International Adoption block of rooms. Please note: room rates and availability may change after the release date for the various hotels.
Quality Inn and Suites

Includes complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. 2.5 miles from Forest Park. (There are separate blocks of rooms held for FTIA staff and FTIA families at this hotel. If you make a reservation at this hotel, please specifically mention "FTIA Families," not just "FTIA" when reserving your room.) Room block will be released 7/3/10.

Hampton Inn & Suites
11575 Commercial Drive, Fishers, IN 46038; 317-913-0300; $89.00 + tax for room with 2 Queen beds or 1 King. Includes complimentary continental breakfast and beverage area. 9 miles from Forest Park. Room block will be released 7/1/10.
Homewood Suites by Hilton at the Crossing
2501 East 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN; 317-253-1919; $119.00 + tax for a double suite (room sleeps 6 comfortably). Includes complimentary continental breakfast and beverage area. 18 miles from Forest Park. Room block will be released 6/16/10.
Please make sure to request crib or rollaway bed when you make your reservation. For those of you driving to the Reunion, we encourage you to consider bringing a portable crib in case the hotels run short of cribs.
Riverbend Campground
21695 State Road 37 North Noblesville IN 46060 at 216th Street; 317-773-3333; Full RV hookup $25.00 per night, Regular campsite $22.00 per night includes water, electrical hookup, fire ring, and picnic table. Campground has a store, shower house, and canoes to rent for the river. 4.8 miles from Forest Park.
If you fly into the Indianapolis International Airport, the airport is approximately 30-45 minutes from the hotels. Taxis are available at the airport or you may choose to rent a car. Indianapolis taxi fares average $2 per mile plus additional fees for pick up and extra passengers. It is about 40 miles to the hotels in the Noblesville area.

One Way Transfer to Noblesville Area
Up to 6 passengers - $108.00 total
Up to 8 passengers - $114.00 total
Forest Park is located at 701 Cicero Road which is also Indiana State Road 19 in Noblesville, Indiana. Turn north on SR 19 (Cicero Rd) from Conner Street (SR 32) which runs east and west through Noblesville and the State of Indiana. Since this is a county park, there are not many directional signs. Look for the FTIA Banners on the stone gateways at the two Forest Park entrances off SR 19. Click here for a map.
Since parking can be crowded, FTIA families will be asked to park head in along the sides of the road around the shelter area. Look for volunteer parking attendants in orange vests.
Online registration for the 2010 reunion is now closed but you are still welcome to come to the reunion and pay at the registration tables at Forest Park. Click the link below for the Walk-In Registration Form. Print it, fill it out, and bring it with you to the reunion to expedite your registration process. Blank forms will also be available at the registration tables at Shelter 2. Payment at the Park can be made by cash or check - not by credit card.
