Dear FTIA,
While typing this letter today, we realized that our son has been here at home with us for almost three months and that this letter is long overdue! However late we are in expressing it, though, our most sincere thanks and gratitude for your huge role in the adoption of our son are not diminished in the least.
From the moment we submitted our adoption application in November 2000 to the day in February 2002 when we had Joshua in our arms, the adoption process has been one we will never forget. We encountered our fair share of hiccoughs along the way, but all of that seems negligible now that Joshua is home, and we certainly wouldn't change a single thing. Your excellent staff have been nothing but helpful and courteous. We specifically chose your agency because other adoptive parents told us that you would hold our hands through the entire process and that no questions on our part would be unanswered. We were not let down. We would like to specifically commend your Guatemala team for their excellent and tireless work on our behalf. They were with us from beginning to end and was truly helpful and supportive.
Life with Joshua has been pure joy. He is a wonderful child with a pleasant and cheerful disposition. He has grown by leaps and bounds both physically and developmentally since we brought him home. Who can remember life before he was here?
From the bottom of our hearts, we can't thank you enough. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you again in the future.
Best Regards,
Gregory & Bridget - Florida
