We are so pleased that we chose FTIA to be the agency to help us adopt Molly. Each member of the Guatemala team has had a hand in helping us get Molly home. First and foremost, would be our coordinator. she is a wonderful lady that will do whatever it takes to get an ansewer for adopting parents. She would never lose her temper with me, when I would annoy her with all of my questions and concerns. She is truly a great gift from God.
In the beginning of the process when our coordinator was off for a vacation, the other team members would get stuck with my telephone calls. They were so helpful and would always be so relaxed when we talked. Believe it or not, this would help ease my mind, fears and frustrations. They are definatley sweethearts and you should be proud to have such a good Guatemala team.
There was also the team member who would send us pictures month after month of Molly. We even received two sets of pictures in November. That was when we found out that Molly had been moves to a new foster home, and they sent us pictures early to try and cheer us up. I think it worked too! Even though, she never dealt with me directly she is a very valued member of the team.
It seems like everytime our coordinator was gone something went wrong with the case. The team was wonderful, they would call the attorney and ask about Molly's case specifically. There was one day that I had just totally had it with everything and one of the team members sent me an email to try and cheer me up, and let me know tha FTIA was doing everything they could do.
At Christmas your staffs was having problems of their own with the water pipes busting in the office, but they always tried to be as helpful as possible. I do realize how many times they have called our attorney to find out what was going on with our case. I appreciate everything they did to try and keep us as up to date as possible.
I know there were many days when everyone, was completely fed up with me calling. Words and gifts cannot express what each of you has done for us. I know that you have done a lot more that I have mentioned, and we appreciate everything.
I hope that Keith realizes what a wonderful Guatemala team that he has working for him. Each of you are special and dear to us. This whole process would not have been possible if it hadn't been for each of you. Again, we are grateful for everything each of you have done to help us bring Molly home.
