FTIA is not currently accepting applications to its Vietnam program. The bilateral agreement between the US and Vietnam that allowed adoption to proceed expired on September 1, 2008. When a new agreement is reached and FTIA’s Vietnam program reopens, FTIA will post on the Hot News section of our website.
