FTIA is not currently accepting applications from families wanting to adopt children from our Vietnam Program due to the length of wait for a referral and the uncertainty regarding the renegotiation of the Memorandum of Agreement between Vietnam and the U.S. If the current Memorandum is not renewed and a new agreement is not reached, the current agreement will expire September 1st, 2008. FTIA will post on the Hot News section of our website should we re-open to applications for our Vietnam Program.
